Thursday, February 11, 2021 - Dark ruby color. Nose is bright and fresh, with floral and violet notes, ripe berry fruits, crunchy minerals, Hints of pepper and spice. Palate is taught but showing some ripe cherry fruit and blue fruits. Hints of tart peels, pomegranate. Well made with good agebiiity.
