Tuesday, October 19, 2021 - Drinking nicely. Purchased during the 'great Bonny Doon cellar sell-off', so much of this bottle's aging occurred at the winery. A great tasting red blend, with eucalyptus, beef bullion, burnt cherries and some herbal notes. Black raspberry aroma notes. Drinking very well at this time.
