Monday, January 25, 2021 - This is already very approachable, but it does need a couple of hours of decanting to bloom. Crisp lemon underpinned by ripe mango are prominent on the nose and palate. The depth on the palate is excellent and the finish is exceptional. Everything is in perfect balance, and the sharpness of the citrus notes is in total harmony with a decadent butteriness. This is exceptional value for money and I can't wait to see its further evolvement over the coming years
