Monday, October 16, 2017 - Drank this tonight with a very close colleague at my cellar tonight.

Pale straw gold in colour with notes of gasoline, honey and lime. On the palate the wine presents some ripe tangerines, asian pears and lychee.

This is a very well balanced wine that can hold its own or pairs well with food.
