Wednesday, December 8, 2010 - Wednesday Night Club - December 2010 (Peter Pratt's Inn): An absolute masterpiece of a wine. Silky smooth, absolutely complete, perfectly balanced, very soft yet complex. This had a great depth of fruit that kept going to another level, still very young and I'd say easily could age another 20yrs. Delicious.
