Friday, March 12, 2021 - The wine looks inky colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis), blueberry, blackberry, forest floor, vanilla, coconut and coffee. It tastes like black currant (cassis), blueberry and blackberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Decanted 3 hours before drinking. This wine was wonderful.
