Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Valentine's Day Lunch at Flemings with Virgie and Joe and Kathy and I. Opened a 375 ml bottle bought on pre arrival years ago, no seepage, cork popped in one piece, paired with whole fresh berries on top of crème brulee, straw gold in the glass, nose of spring flowers, honey, caramel, and pear juice, more of the same on the palate, at it's peak, elegant, mouth coating fruit, medium body, long, long finish.
