Friday, May 31, 2019 - After skiing A Basin with Dan and Ken. For all the 2005 White detractors, here is a perfect bottle to argue back. Ripe yet taut acidity to balance and this walks that perfect tight rope with full rich flavor, perfect Meursault typicity, yet not a flabby or fat bit to this beauty. Better after an hour, loosened up, and a decant wouldn't hurt a thing. Not i hint of premox. Very pleased to have a couple more and H.Boillot whites never fail to impress.
