Thursday, January 17, 2019 - Light, oaky, fruity acids, not particularly perfumed. Hint of sous bois but nothing pronounced. Nose has an element of barnyard on first open but it mostly blows off in the decanter, a hint of bacon remains. Just about has enough to stand up to beef, but it's on the edge. Overall not great QPR at £40 or so from Costco, would be good value at £25, or £20 for Pinot more globally.
