Saturday, December 24, 2022 - Porchini/Truffle pasta. Followed by simply grilled steak and minted peas. 2016 basic barbaresco pre-meal

Into decanter 8 hours before drinking

Did well with the food. Acidity and strength were great counterpoint

Has 2-5 years to go before hitting super-goodness. Was very nice with the decant but will become better later
