Tuesday, March 2, 2021 - Pulled almost at random for a weeknight meal of tikka masala and some sides. The screwcap closure is a little misleading: this is seriously good juice. Zippy acidity, waxy white flowers, and lashings of stony minerality - basically everything that makes Riesling so awesome. Fabulous with food, and I'm looking forward to finishing this bottle off all on its own.
