Sunday, March 7, 2021 - Perfumed florality with notes of ripe peach.
Oyster shell salinity, piquant white nectarines and candied citrus.
Crystalline and pure with a long, tangy empire apple enthused finish.

Such a delicious wine that again reminds me why I should cellar more Kabinett but when they are this irresistible it is precisely why they are so difficult not to drink up.
