Sunday, October 16, 2022 - This has developed pretty nicely over the last couple of years and somehow feels fresher now than it did on release. The color in the glass is jarringly bright - the magenta hues make it resemble something much younger. It still has the rich, hearty fruit and rustic tannin I remember but the shape is much more lithe. Not the direction I'd have guessed this was going to go in, but a nice surprise. It is also still very minerally with a moist stoniness like licking dark cavern walls.
