Wednesday, June 21, 2023 - THis, my last bottle, was simply delicious. No signs of damage or defects. Muted in the nose at first but notes of honey appeared after time in glass. FIne structure with bracing acidity and exceptional length. Delicious. Sad to see the last of that case!
