Monday, April 13, 2020 - Normally a fan of these sous voile wines, but this bottle at least was lacking something, seemed a little heavy despite high acidity. Like I would want to mix it with a bit of fresh ouillé wine. Still, it is a perfect wine with those mature hard cheeses.
