Monday, July 27, 2020 - Wow this was really good. I hesitated to drink it this young, but wanted to try one and it was wide open from the get go. Classic sauvage and game notes, beautifully ripe fruit, but no hint of anything overripe or hot. The palate was very well balanced with very good concentration.
