On the palate: dry, light-bodied, crisp acidity and modest alcohol. More green apple and some minerality. Good finish.
Overall, it feels like a young riesling: enjoyable to drink now but not very complex or expressive. Maybe this will develop in something more interesting over time but for the moment I don't get the hype.
