Saturday, September 18, 2021 - Translucent, light ruby color with clear edges and bright highlights. Fresh pomegranate & cherry fruit on the nose, with hibiscus florals, steeped tea leaves, fresh thyme, clove & sandalwood. Richly layered and succulent on the palate, showing expressive fruit and seamless secondary layers, grounding the earlier notes from the nose with a touch of earth & mushroom. Elegant, generous density on the mid-palate, with integrated lifting acidity. Finishes with round fleshy tannins, and lingering high-toned savory depth. Beautifully integrated, still very young.
