we really like salmon grilled on a plank
we like a rub called taku rub that comes from alaska;take a look
brussel sprouts with thyme and a little olive oil/salt to taste in the oven on parchment paper for 20 minutes; at 10 minutes add fresh cranberries
when done drizzle a little maple syrup and serve
both these dishes have a little sweetness from the rub and the maple syrup and pair nicely with the fruit and sweetness of the wine
