Wednesday, March 20, 2019 - A very enjoyable and different breed of Gruner recommended by a modest Austrian sommelier in NY. This wine is almost Burgundian in texture and is a nice food wine, especially for seafood. While not as complex or seriously mineral-driven as some of the classic GV can be, this wine kept its buttery viscous, green apple, lemon, and floral form with a nice simper mineral drive throughout.
