Wednesday, August 8, 2018 - Beautiful aroma of freshly mown hay, spring flowers, Meyer lemon and lime zest. Definitely sweet, but super bright and ebullient on the palate! Dazzlingly pure and bright, this is a delight to drink, but I can't wait to see what it has in store in a few years! Flint and salty minerallity lead to a mouth-watering finish! Drink 2020-2032+ 92+
