Sunday, October 4, 2020 - Suprisingly concentrated for this region. You could smell the alcohol from the wine although the it was only 13%. Therefore, the wine was slightly off-balanced.
You could pick up violet, dark cherry as well as some cassis on the nose, which echoed on the palate. The was quite solid in the palate too.
Well priced beaujolais cru regarding to its quality, only $200 hkd a btl; however i wouldn’t consider this could be a replacement of pinot noir IMO.
