Thursday, April 19, 2018 - We had this with an excellent dinner at Trattoria Rossi in Leuven, Belgium, sitting outside on an unusually warm April evening. The pure Chardonnay character nicely comes out with yellow stone fruit flavours. Some yeasty and nutty notes can be tasted as well. Gentle acidity underlines this sparklers subtilty. Perfect for the occasion.
