Wednesday, August 17, 2011 - Still has good flavor and long finish. Drank over three days, using vacuum pump after each tasting. Tart and closed the first day, not meeting expectations for a wine of this pedigree (and price). Got better on successive days, with more fruit coming out - sour apples and dried apricots. The finish exposes a hint of mint. The third day was the best. Can't rate above 90 because first taste was such a disappointment.
