Sunday, March 24, 2024 - Smooth, almost syrupy. Nice Cab but unusual. Doesn’t really have the Napa snap that you usually get in a higher end Napa Cab. It might smooth out even more with time, but I’m not sure it will improve in flavor. Just not my style. I won’t buy again for that price point
