Saturday, December 22, 2007 - Opened yesterday, poured one glass, recorked and left on bar. Just poured, and man is this singing. Great deep purple color, nose of raspberry ganache with a chocolate chaser, pure velvet mouthfeel, very smooth and comforting to the palate. Nice finish without a hint of burn. I am a big fan of Santa Lucia Highlands syrahs and this is one fine example!
