Sunday, August 22, 2021 - Followed over 2 night. Excellent on night 1 if a bit tight, but stellar on night 2. Definitely shows the house flavor profile in an accessible fashion. Terrific nose of eucalyptus and floral red fruit notes. Still rather pure red fruit on the palate with strong savory and almost green (but elegant) herbal flavors on the palate. Has eucalyptus vibe-- but it's inviting and intriguing rather than off putting. Fine mild tannins and lengthy finish, but turns a bit dry on the tail end. Such a unique expression of mountain Napa cab. Exquisite.
