Friday, October 15, 2004 - Chocolate, chocolate and chocolate. Wow, this wine is fully of chocolate! :) The nose jump out the glass with chocolate, plum, dark berries & cedar. While it's not as concentrated as the '01 but the core fruit is still dense and powerful. In the mouth, it's viscous and mouthfilling, with soft and round tannins. It finished a bit hot in the beginning but after 30 minutes in the glass it was as smooth as silk with a lasting finish. Great job, Jim & Barb.
