Saturday, June 14, 2008 - Part of a dinner party/blind tasting. Wine was paired with a Mexican style Braised shredded Beef salad. Nose of leather, lots of cherries, tasted of pencil shavings and Cherries. Had a lingering finish with lots of balanced tannins
