Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Initial notes follow a one hour decant. Dark, tight nose softens on the palate. Dry tannins overpower the blue and black fruit peeking out from the background and leave a 15-20 sec finish that will double as this reaches maturity. 92+ today - now eth 2 hrs of air - with the ability to add 2+pts with more age or air.
