Sunday, August 3, 2008 - The wine has evolved. Big Blackberry and vanilla on the nose. Almost opaque scarlet. Full body. The heat has subsided since the last bottle and the fruit was wonderful. The finish is long and full of spicy black fruit. Paired with grilled steak, corn on the cob, and Italian salad. Very good pairing.
