Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - Popped and let breath for an hour. The green under ripe tightness, that was present in this wine just a couple years ago, has all but vanished. It was an approachable and enjoyable drinking wine. A little jammy and almost purply on the mouth at first but balanced out over the night to be a perfect pairing with some sausage pizza. A fine representation of Chilean cab, if not particularly inspiring.
