Sunday, December 27, 2020 - Slightly green-gold colour. Nose of new wellington boots, slightly funky, saline, fresh-chucked oysters, acacia and other white flowers. Palate is bright and fresh off-dry salinity, petrol and very meaty oysters. Still very young but accessible. However, better to re-visit in a decade.
