This one had nothing but blue fruit and wood on the nose - almost young syrah like. It smells like a young Cain wine, and smells like the vineyard, with lots of evergreen/pine, mixed with deep blue and some red fruit. This one was not as well integrated as the 2013, but others liked it better. Some spicy and leather flavors were present, but more so from the vineyard than age. This one needs 5 more years at least.
