Monday, February 12, 2024 - moderate depth of color, reddish rim. on the nose very aromatic with earthy, bretty red chambertain like cherry pits, savory herbs, background oak spices. on the palate very high acidity, moderate midpalate weight, moderate to high amount of well integrated, drying tannins, moderate alcohol. balanced wine with very good length, great intensity, very good complexity. wine has finesse, a fine texture, excellent expression of place. drinking great now, old school style sangio with old and large oak feel that is drinking well.
