Wednesday, July 4, 2018 - Straw colored. Quince, apple and pear with minimal reduction on the nose. Wonderful bright acidity supports a creamy sweet core that is still somehow feather light. Pear wrapped in lime juice. Mouth watering stuff and really really good for $20!
