Thursday, August 18, 2022 - I Opened two hours before dinner and let slow ox. Dark fruit on the nose. The palate was dark berries, plums, tobacco and a little tree bark. Finish was moderate to long. Drank a third of the bottle on Wednesday and then finished it with some grilled steak last night
