Tuesday, August 29, 2023 - Napa Bordeaux-Style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (74%), Merlot (10%), Malbec (7%), Cabernet Franc (5%) and Petite Verdot (4%). Deep red/purple color. Aromas of black berry/plum, coffee, smoky oak and black strap molasses. Palate is rich and full of black and blue fruit, toasted nuts, black licorice and baking spices. Nice vanilla component on the finish. Lovely silky structure, texture and tannins. Quite complex but very well balanced and easy to drink.
