Saturday, October 25, 2014 - Opened several hours before consuming, and allowed to slow-ox. Decanted just before consuming. Bright ruby colour. Gorgeous nose of red and black fruits. Thick in the glass. Beautifully balanced on the palate, with layers of fruit and soft tannins and acidity. At its peak.
