Tuesday, June 1, 2010 - This was delicious. Even my mostly-white-wine-drinking wife really enjoyed this. Nose of concentrated, powerful berry, cassis, plum and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is quite concentrated but has some solid acidic structure that lends vibrancy. Hands down one of the best Shiraz I've had. Drinking really well now with a 3 hours slow oxygenation.
