Saturday, July 17, 2010 - 15% ABV. Tasted this over a couple days and it didn't change much. Opaque dark garnet with a rusty tinge. A little cloudy. Somewhat high toned lavender oak nose. American oak? Medium full bodied with tangy raspberry currant fruit and some underlying umami. Okay, but far from excellent.
