Tuesday, July 16, 2019 - Beautiful, powerful and still very youthful. Took a while to open up as was cool and required decanting. Softened with air time and coming up in temperature. Notes of cherry, earth and soft tannins. Very long finish and aftertaste. Tartness at start faded as it opened revealing a structured wine that paired well with soft cheeses from Norway.
