Monday, May 28, 2018 - Hot day here in the SF Bay Area, so pulling a crisp cool white out of the fridge. Medium Gold color to this blend of 85% Roussanne and the balance Viognier and Marsanne. Expressive aromas of white pear, honey and green tea. Medium-bodied, with a creamy texture and satin mouthfeel. Lively, voluptuous and elegant, with flavors of peach and honey, leading to a medium length and fruity/crisp finish. Lovely wine for a hot day.
