Saturday, February 4, 2023 - The first taste created goosebumps, a wonderful old riesling, the oldest I have ever tasted, 13 years. Gold almost heading to amber.

Aromas of petroleum, apricots, marmalade, honey, fleeting white flowers, and flint.

Wonderful flavors of marmalade, honey, apricots, and a hint of petroleum which was more pronounced on the nose but subtle on the tongue, long finish. Full body with medium acidity, this wine was Sauternes-like, I Love it. It was also perfect with curry sausages 👌

P.S capped wine and it aged just right for my taste
