Sunday, January 29, 2023 - From half-bottle, under DIAM. No premox (or oxidation) but showing signs of getting a bit long in the tooth. Interesting ester-inflected nose and some moderate herbal tinges. Ripe and rounded on the palate, lacking the raciness of more recent bottles of Lamy. No reduction either, but a fair bit of oak. Relatively simple but tasty enough.
