Tuesday, January 19, 2016 - Our last bottle....this one was in better shape than the one we had a few months ago, but still glad we drank it now. Popped and poured and drank over a couple hours. Best right out of the gate, with a bit of decline near the end. A solid and delicious wine. Peppery with some sweetness, lots of depth and character...a bit of bitterness in the rafters, but overall a fantastic wine that has had a great run.
