Friday, June 20, 2008 - clear blackberry fruit and red brick dust. Very heady, spicy aromas and flavors: sweet green garlic shoots, ginger, ginseng, mace. After some time in the glass, a distinct "tootsie roll" aroma and flavor emerged -- kind of an artificial chocolate-ish/carmel, but wasn't at all a bad thing. Probably ready to drink and not benefit from any more age.
