Sunday, May 7, 2017 - Pulled a hidden bottle out from the cellar....delish. Brick colored when pouring and ruby/garnet in the glass with not much sediment. Black fruit, ripe plumb, anise, candied orange peel, herbs de provence. Smooth with wonderful lip smacking juiciness. Even better after a day in the decanter (with a glass ball stopper). Nice surprise and glad to have several more.
