Thursday, February 22, 2024 - Drank at Uncle Ned's OBTN, supplied by Mandy. Yellowish-gold in color. Nose of honey, peaches and quince. Fairly unctuous in weight but not fat or clunky, with exuberant amount of honey, apricot, quince & fig. Solid acidic core, great complexity & richness, and not too sweet. In fact, I'd call this off-dry. Loved this bottle!
