Sunday, December 28, 2014 - Two words can fully describe this half bottle-ridiculously delicious! Light golden color. Shining purity of very lightly botrytized fruit expressed as pineapple and orange. Moderately sweet but not sugary or syrupy in the least. Snappy acidity keeps it incredibly fresh even out of this smaller format. Gorgeous, lingering, completely harmonious finish. A great dessert wine. All of my notes have been completely consistent with this impression, and in a regular sized bottle, this should easily go on for another 10-15 years due to its balance.
